Its an International Driving Permit (IDP) There is no such thing as an International Driving License just to make it clear.

Also, this does not apply to South Africa.  Member countries to the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic of 1968 do not require an IDP.  Source (Romanian law Art. 83 OUG 195/2002)

JohnnyStLouis, it would be great if you actually verify information or know it to be correct before you post.  Anyone can do a cursory Google search and find a scam or incorrect info.  The fact you referred to it as IDL demonstrates your lack of knowledge on the subject.
