Hey, I am a chef and I miss several dishes from outside of Portugal. I was thinking that on some holiday that a group of us could all convene in Alto Minho and make a gourmand dinner. Work, shop, and frolic all day then at sunset---French entré, Italian starter, German beer, English cheese and biscuits, Polish vodka, Classical sauces, Spanish wines, Californian salads and choices like these. Make your speciality or help out elsewhere.
This would take effort and there would have to be planning but I am not searching for a lady on this site but it would be nice to meet some travelers. As a chef, I do parties. Have traveled around the world a few times and now live in quiet Cerdal. Peace & love.

Great idea. We will relocate to the Sintea area on 5 October 2019. I have an Ieish passport, my wife Nina Veselova has a USA passport. We are moving here from the San Francisco, CA area.

Alto Minho is a long way from Lisbon, but I would be happy to participate as well. Please let me know if you'd like to go ahead with idea.
