English speaking Lawyer specialising in property/land issues

Hi, my wife and I fell in love with Northern Portugal and purchased a holiday property in 2010 with the idea to retire there one day.
Our local town is called Vale and our nearest large town is Arcos De Valdevez. We are on the border of the National Park and love living off grid on the top of a hill with nothing but nature around us. We had some issues with houses on the land but thought that was sorted before purchasing the property. Seven years later and now we find out that we where not told the truth about a few things and will need to find a property lawyer who speaks English. Could any one recommend a lawyer who is located around Bragga, Viana De Castelo, Ponte De Lima or Arcos De Valdevez.
