Hello,

I am currently launching my swimwear brand and I am looking for factories that could support me with this project.

I am specifically seeking a small to medium-sized factory with low minimum order quantities (around 100 pieces per model).

Would you have any solutions or recommendations to help me finalize my search?

When contacting these factories, clarify if the minimum of 100 units is per model (e.g., 100 units of "Bikini X") or per color. Often, factories accept 100 units if they are divided across sizes, but they may require the fabric and color to remain the same to make the cutting process cost-effective.

Note that the cost of creating the first sample is always significantly higher than the unit cost of final production.

Location: As you can see, most are concentrated between Barcelos, Guimarães, and Porto. If you have the opportunity to visit these areas, you will be able to negotiate much more effectively in person than via email alone.
