How hard is it finding a job in Poland?

Henry Gruby

I don't have any degrees or anything like that and have spent many years working in care with learning disabilities but I wonder why a Polish company would choose an Englishman over a Pole even in a basic factory job? We are moving this year and I wonder how hard it will really be?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Good question.  For any job, you need to have the relevant experience, right qualifications, speak the local language and have a bit of luck; the more of those you can tick off, the better your chances.  If you bear that in mind, you'll probably be able to answer your own question.

Hope this helps.

it isn't hard if you are looking for a job with some agency. I couldn't find a job on my own but the lerdant agency helped me find a job and accomodation, maybe you should try it too?
