Must find a suitable job

Hello,

I am Anamaria and I am from Romania like you. I am planning to move in Bergen(Norway) but first I must find a suitable job.
Can you please tell me if you can help me with more information:
1) How  is life in Norway?( seen by somebody who is inside)
2) Where can I google for jobs with English and french?
3) how difficult it is to be accepted there?
4) Other information

I'm not from Romania like you but..
1) I like it. If you're not expecting crazy outgoing people and like the outdoors in all seasons, it's a pretty good life.
2) google is where you google.. As you can see from the other threads about job hunting, it's difficult to find jobs in English only unless you're working for a multinational company or in IT, or mayybe teaching in an international school.
3) a lot of people say it's very hard, which is why immigrants tend to stick together. Get involved in local clubs and activities and you have a better chance.
4) Part of Star Wars was filmed in Norway- Finse is the real-world location of Hoth.

Hello,

Well I have learned something new ECS.

I am also not Romanian, but I know that some of my Romanian friends have had problems because of their nationality. For instance, one of my friends was trying to rent an apartment only to be told that they didn't rent to Romanians. Even though my friend was earning a lot of money and was a perfectly respectable person. Having said that, plenty of Romanians manage to live well here so it is possible.
