Planning a move to Norway

Hello everyone,

My partner and I have recently been thinking of moving to Norway in approx. 5yrs when our current mortgage ends in the UK. With our research we’ve discovered that this may not be so easy post-Brexit and not being an EU/EAA country anymore. We both have pretty good jobs, a Transport Project Manager (no degree) and Software Developer (with degree). I’m just looking for some advice or suggestions which would make us desirable to the Immigration Office that we could aim for over the next few years prior to a move - we’re both looking at learning Norwegian already and open to taking other courses if necessary.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
