English speaking physiotherapist.

kanungorashi25

Hello,

I am from India and I have done my bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from India. Currently I am living in Netherlands and looking for a job opportunity as an assistant physiotherapist in Netherlands. I know that I must have BIG registration and need to learn dutch in order to practice here And I have already joined a class for language proficiency. But as it's a long process and will take a lot of time. I am just hoping to get a job here as an assistant English speaking physiotherapist so that I can still be connected with my profession during this learning phase and improve my skills.

Help me out with this.
Looking forward to your response.

Thanks 😊

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

You've already discovered that you cannot practice physiotherapy in the Netherlands until you have gone through the BIG process and formally learnt to speak Dutch.

My advice would be to join something like LinkedIn and reach out to other qualified personnel and see if there is some process or organisation you can join up with where you can develop your professional skills while you learn Dutch.

Hope this helps.
