I got an offer of 4650EU from company in Rotterdam and now try to investigate if this offer in good enough for family of five with if take care all aspects like accommodations, school, accommodations taxes, insurerses, grocery, public transport (or car), accommodations providers (elec., gas, water, internet, cell phone). If I forget something will glad if you'll share as well
Thank you in advance!

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Assuming that's monthly, the salary is 4 times the Dutch minimum wage; many people live on much less with no problem.  It will of course depend entirely on your own lifestyle as to whether it's enough.

To answer your specific, the Numbeo website offers lots of information, broken down into specific activity cost; this link will take you straight there.  The numbers are a bit behind reality, but it should give you an idea.

Hope this helps.
