Hello. I come from a beautiful seaside place in greece called volos. it is located in between the famous mountain Pelion and the Aegean sea. The weather is great, the food is so fresh and amazing, the people are friendly, there is life all day and all night long, there are hundreds or cafeterias, pubs and restaurants....
I recently moved to Sittard in the netherlands because of my husbands job being here and am totally depressed. i hate the place , i dont like holland, its dark, moody and depressing....

Aww Effie, initially, moving can be really tough. I felt the same when I moved to the UK, most of all I missed my family and friends!

But you stick around on Expat.com Effie and it'll brighten up your stay I hope you make yourself loads of new friends on the forum.

How do you spend your time? Are you working at the moment?
