VISA UNMARRIED PARTNER

Laz0v

Hello i know that there is a way to apply for an unmarried visa for my partner.

So i am an EU citizen who lives in the Netherlands i have my own home from the Gemeente also i do have also a permanent contract from the job.

Anyway my partner she was in the Netherlands 6 months ago she was around 2 months for a vacation i tihnk that is not a problem.

So we do have a long relationship of 4 years we were living aboard in Malta for 1 year ( i have also contract for house joint for there also i do have residence permits from Malta ) then i move to Netherlands.

She is Macedonian citizen which i think she doesn't need  MVV visa she can stay up to 90 days in the EU.

I was wondering which documents do we need to bring with us because we would like to apply directly in IND bcz she is coming again in few weeks.

I already take out an unmarried certificate, birth certificate, proofs of the relationship that exist more than 6 months, confirmation of unconvicted in our country of origin which they are all legalised and with apostille stamp.

I was wondering do i need anything else to bring with me?

Thanks in advance,
Igor !!!  :D:thanks:

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

The IND has published a short-film that will answer all of your questions as it takes you through the whole process; it's on YouTube and this link will take you straight there.

Hope this helps.
