Does a full Australian drivers license transfer to a Dutch license?

Assuming you're coming to live in Holland, then you can exchange your current licence for a Dutch EU licence; the only thing that may prevent this is if your current licence has letter/texts not used in the Dutch language (i.e. Greek, Japanese for which special rules apply).  This link will take you to the relevant website.

If coming as a tourist, then I'd recommend getting an International Driving licence before you arrive in EU; not all countries require them, but it seems to vary from country/town and the potential fine compared to the cost of getting one kind of make it a no-brainer.

Hope this helps.
