Visa Facilitation Netherlands for verification against EU law

Hi all, I would like to ask about the visa facilitation Netherlands. Last month On 16 May 2023 I applied for a visa facilitation so I can visit my boyfriend who's now living in the Netherlands for verification against EU law. I am a non-European citizen and He is a Hungarian living , studying and working in the Netherlands. we met online on 2019 and we started having a sustainable long term relationship. In October 2022, we finally met for the first time in real life in Turkey for two weeks.

in the IND website or even in the VFS global stating that this visa facilitation can be processed quickly than a regular schengen visa. But t's been more than a month now and I have not got my passport back from the VFS global in my home country. on 26 May 2023 The embassy told me to contact VFS if there is no information received before 30 June 2023. I am confused why the Netherlands embassy told me to contact VFS where VFS Global has nothing to do with the process of my visa application decision and on 19 June 2023 when I asked for the update of my application the embassy told me that my visa application has been submitted to the IND and they cannot proceed my application if they do not receive answer from the IND. I am so stressful and worried and don't know what to do now.

Has anyone here had any experience of waiting so long for visa facilitation and end up with positive result?

I really hope I will get positive result with this long waiting process.
