I really hope this forum is alive & kicking. I need help! I want to exchange my UK drivers licence for a Latvian one. I have all the necessary documents including a medical done in Portugal last week (while visiting my mother). My plea is, can someone walk me thru this process and hold my hand in person? I need to do it quickly!’ I would be happy to show my appreciation in good company, food out and pay. Quick and easy is essential. If you can help message me, please only positive comments.
