Hi I am part of the Expat.com team. I don't believe we found a new one.

I don't believe there are any cons, in being an Advisor. The pros, are that we have a separate hidden forum that we can discuss and test new features happening. Also discuss any problems that we may find.

Don't worry, there are may advisors, specially for EU countries and they are all very supportive.

Feel free to PM me anytime if you have questions, we are a friendly bunch, the real aim is to have an expert on every country, sadly some don't but quite often there are more than one. You also don't have to be an expert on just one country, take me for instance, I'm a expert on the UK, and Austria.

Welcome to the madhouse.  I'm the other one that Bhavna referred to. I've been helping out on the Ireland section of the Forum, mainly because we didn't have our own Advisor/Expert for that part of the Forum.

Furthermore, I've lived in the North and worked both sides of the border until I retired a few years ago, but I don't live there anymore. I do keep an eye on things and will step in if a post has not been responded to after a few days.

Always open to any question, thoughts, ideas.

I think that may be because many of the people who saw/responded thought they were applying for something that would get them a visa/job to come to Ireland, when in fact they/we were looking for volunteers (we don't get paid, so you won't get a visa out of it).  A similar ad was placed in many, if not all of our Forums and I don't think I saw a single volunteer come through (apologies if I missed the announcement).

To add, if you go back to post 11 and see the criteria that the Forum (Bhavna) is looking for, you're one of the few (if not the only person that met those requirements.
