Hello ferreiradawid,

Welcome to Expat.com 1f601.svg

Have you tried contacting the Ireland embassy near you for clarification about the 90-day visa and what is allowed and not allowed?

I am sure they will provide you with accurate information and advice.

All the best,

Cheryl

Family Visa Ireland

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my Irish Noodle application, which has been pending for over two years. I understand that processing times may vary and may be a long-term concern.

Can I provide you with any updates on my application or any additional information that might help expedite the process?

Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

I must admit that possession of an Irish Noodle is not something I've come across in regard to travel to and from Ireland.  I suspect you may have used some kind of AI to translate your question into English; perhaps you need to reconsider what you are trying to ask.

I hope this helps.

@Cynic

‏Hello, thank you for your response to my message. Perhaps the translation of my first message was not very clear. I was inquiring about the reason for the delay in the Irish consulate's response to my family visa application that I submitted in 2022, as I have not yet received any convincing answer. Therefore, I decided to see if there are cases similar to mine and what procedures they followed after the delay

Hi again.

If your visa application was refused/rejected, you can appeal this decision.  Details of how to do this are on the Irish Government website; this link will take you straight to it.

I hope this helps.
