CRU electrical recognition form

Hi all

I recently moved to Ireland from South Africa. I'm a qualified electrician and was told that I must get my qualifications recognised here. When filling out the cru electrical International qualification recognition I received a message stating that the essential learning outcomes was incomplete and incorrectly filled in. Is there anyone that has a clue how this part should be filled in.
