Have you called your local HU Embassy?

Hellohello9090

they are requesting an appointment to get their service and it is just too far and not efficient..
so i wondered if someone like me has did this before and can share info about the process :)

What do you mean?  They won't answer your question until you have an appointment?  Or you need an appointment to be registered to vote?

Maybe ask for a postal vote - these may exist for Hungary.

I think Orban likes voting from non-resident Hungarians, I can NOT imagine that it is difficult. As suggested just call the embassy if you do not know what to do.
Should be really easy. Internet sites of course should also help (in that sense google is useful (assuming you speak Hungarian))
I am just surprised the question pops up on an English speaking Hungary forum. (mostly non Hungarian I would say)

I agree, it should be easy.   And there must be something on the HU govt web sites.

There are quite a few Hungarians from other countries who are not completely knowledgeable in the language.

When we lived in Austria, our neighbour had a Hungarian father (1956er) and he refused to speak Hungarian.  Mrs Fluffy tried to talk to him in Hungarian and he only vaguely acknowledged it.  He certainly wasn't a child when he left - probably in  his early 20s.  Maybe he had a really bad time with the Communists and just wanted to forget it all.

I also sold a car once to a Canadian Hungarian.  He could speak Hungarian with a Canadian twang but couldn't read or write the language.  Spoke Hungarian with the parents but they never taught him the rest.  He said it was a real struggle in his job - he was a lawyer.

We also had a young Hungarian speaking plumber putting in our gas heating.  For a long time he didn't seem to recognise or want to say he understood Mrs F and always talked to us in German.  It was only by accident Mrs F noticed him speak to someone on the phone and thereafter things went differently.

I wouldn't rely on Orban for anything too much today.  He's probably deep in palinka powered thought pondering where the football billions went.  It certainly didn't go to training a winning team. Such a stunning loss Portugal vs Hungary 3-0 in last night's Euro 2020 match.   Definitely a case of NOT "if you build it, they will come".  A misquoted Field of Dreams too far.

I'm not sure but believe you need to show your HU address card when you go into vote.
If I remember correctly my HU husband did that when he voted here.
You could check online to see if you need to be physically in HU to vote or if you can do it online.
