I believe one of the Arabic companies operating in Greece, many Greeks even with higher qualifications are out of work, perhaps the Gulf states could readily employ someone of your caliber.

Greece has risen from the economic pit and there are many jobs available. Getting a job is a bit a matter of luck to spot the right job ad for you. It can take a few months, maybe more due to covid.
