Serdar&Niki

Hello,

Serdar and I would like to buy property near the coast so we can have our boat close. So legal and tax advise about buying property, maybe also renovation advise as we plan to buy somewhere that we can fix up and make our own.

We plan to live all year but would like to know more about residency rules, do we have to physically be in the country for a fixed number of months.

Security, if we were to lock up and leave for a couple of months or weeks, would our place be safe?

Is there a good secure dry dock to put the boat in winter months? Weather? How safe is the boat on sea, wind storms etc?

Avarage cost of living, we do smoke and drink alcohol, so please include this :)

We are both British citizens and have been living in Turkey for over 3 years now but want to move and settle in Lesvas.

Any other information you think is important would be great,

Many thanks,

Niki
