Greece Digital Nomad Residence Permit - Health Insurance Requirement

My husband and I are considering a Digital Nomad visa and residence permit in beautiful Greece for a year.  We are U.S. citizens.  Part of the residence permit requirement is private health insurance for the year, and we wondered if anyone had suggestions for providers that they might be able to private message to us?  There seems to be such a wide discrepancy in costs, and benefits.  Thank you in advance for any information and recommendations!
