Single parent looking to move to Gibraltar

Hi,

I have been looking at moving to Gibraltar and I just have a few questions.  I am a single parent with child who will be ready to start secondary school when I will be ready to move I currently work as a funding administrator and have done for 8 years would a average salary in Gibraltar support the both of us? Are we able to claim any sort of benefits such a child benefit or tax credits?  I have seen that rental prices are quite expensive in Gibraltar but to send your child to school free you have to live there is there any areas that are a little cheaper within Gibraltar to live?
