Visa/ Blue Card

Hello Everyone,

I live in Nuremberg. I applied for a job search visa in February 2021, this process has not yet been complete.
I have been told to submit 2 more documents by the 9th of July 2021. In the meantime, I received a job offer from a company. My new job is from September 2021. Now I am starting the process of Blue-Card.

Now I have 2 letters from the immigration office.
1.) Documents I should submit to get a job search visa.
2.) Documents that I should submit for Blue Card.

Here is my concern.

Does the job search visa process stop automatically or do I have to do something to stop it?
Who should I contact?
