Like Beppi mentioned, if you live in Germany and have a business you need to do it yourself and get the assistance of a lawyer if needed. It is nonsensical to be "looking for people to register for you". That's not how it works. I cannot think of a legal reason to try; so it sounds like you have illegal intentions.
