You have come to the right forum, containing LOTS of advice on relocating to Germany. Read as much of it as you can! And then, if sime specific questions are still open, come back and post them here!
That said, job chances are good for your husband, as there is a shortage of nurses. The profession isn’t very well paid (and of course requires German language skills), but jobs are stable and dependable.
For you, I see not so many chances, unless you learn to translate German-Arabic (or are lucky to find a niche).

The question is what job(s) would you expect to find? The language in Germany is German. Your profile claims you speak German - but on what level? Not so much need for Arabic-English translation. And the oil industry is very small in Germany.  And no insult intended but honestly the English in your post is NOT good. How can you have a Masters and be translating into or from English when your level is so low? Some niche jobs use English rather than German as the working language but then one should be fluent. A German with a professional job that doesn’t even require English would have a better level than this, none the less a translator. Your profile also says you are looking to go to Canada so I wonder why you are even posting on the German forum - or are you just trying everwhere?
