Since it's not a commonly used abbreviation, I had to google "MBBS":

Wikipedia wrote:

MBBS is an abbreviation for Medicinae Baccalaureus, Baccalaureus Chirurgiae, or Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in English, a primary medical qualification.
MBBS may also refer to:
Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary, the seminary of the United States and Canadian Mennonite Brethren Churches
Mike's BBS, a popular BBS system in Nordic countries during the mid-1990s

So, can I assume that you are doing a Bachelor in Medicine?
If so, you should first check if this degree is recognised in Germany - the Anabin database is the right tool for that.
If that is positive, you need to decide which university or other school you want to do your Master or other postgraduate course at and apply for admission according to their entry criteria.
Please note that good German skills (B2 level or better) and for medicine possibly also Latin are required - but the school's website will give you the exact infos.
In addition, you need to show financial reserves of approx. EUR8600/year of studies to get a visa - you need that much anyway to survive (or more!).
