Change Portuguese temporary residence to Germany

Hi sir I have questions about paper work in Germany I have residency Portugal but my baby have Portuguese passport can I any options to change my paper or work permission I am also apply Portuguese passport but now I need to leave in Germany please advise me sir thanks.

Sorry but that is not how it works. Having a baby with portugues citizenship or having residency there is meaningless for Germany other than you can visit as a tourist for a limited time.

@Abdul Kawsar If your German is as bad as your Englich, you should NOT plan on moving to Germany. It will only create problems for yourself!

As mentioned already, the answer is no. Your profile shows you are Portuguese but your post tells otherwise. Having residency in Portugal as a Schengen country is not the same as having citizenship. Does not matter if your child does - if that is even correct. Being born in Portugal to non-Portuguese parents makes does NOT make one a citizen. It did before Oct. 3, 1981 but not since then. How can your child then be Portuguese?

To come to Germany for anything other than short term tourism you need to get the proper visa. To work, you need to line up a job with an employer willing to recruit you so you can get the work visa before coming.
