As during my ausbildung course, my salary is not enough to bear 4 person's expanses . Can I bring them by showing block account .?

I do not think so.

As far as I know, an apprenticeship visa does not allow you to bring family members as dependents.

But your spouse could get a job (and work visa) on her own merit - then it's possible!

For clarification this would be a job lined up before coming and getting the work visa, not coming and finding a job later. The post suggests that there are 2 children, so what skills would a spouse have to get a job and recruited and also have time to work with 2 kids when the other is busy with their vocational traing. Theoretically possible, not easy though.
