A vast subject ... so much to see and experience in France. There are mountains and coastlines, green pastures and urban environments influenced by history, tradition and movement of population. There will always be another region, city, town to visit and discover, even in the suburbs surrounding Paris.
And such variety! A hugely different experience to be by the sea in the north compared to the south west, Brittany or the Riviera. To be in the mountains, the Jura, the Alps, the Pyrenees, the Massif Central are all impressively different. The local architecture is so rich - the historical buildings intriguing in the slightest detail.
The question is, where to start ! It's up to you to decide ... and enjoy.
