Renewals for non-citizens are done at the district MOT, not at the Citizen Service Centre since the application and supporting documents needs to be given the once over twice by an examiner.

Not even sure that Cypriot citizens can renew at the Citizen Service Centre.

No experience with Paphos or Famagusta MOTs, but the Limassol one required an appointment to be made and that was 6 months after request for appointment.

Larnaca is the only one  I know of that allows walk-ins.

Cypriot citizens can renew their Cyprus licence at CSC...my uk.licence was changed to Cyprus licence almost 10.years ago at TD Paphos ...so should be able to do renewal at CSC as Permanent resident since 2019 With the appropriate forms documents etc
