We did ours with willpower in limassol they cover paphos and larnaca too. A British company with their representatives here

Though you may not have known it, you helped me out on the Malta Forum a while back.
I visited Malta, but in the end decided against it. I din't like the rental shenanigans, and even the private schools didn't reply to my emails.

I'll be visiting Cyprus in Nov. this year, and am looking at a move to Paphos.
I have been pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness to email enquiries.
Then again, after Malta, the bar was set low.
