British passport renewal.

Hi,  has anybody ever used 'MyBritishPassport' online agency to renew their British passport while in Cyprus .?

They seem very proffessional, but just need to know whether it's an online scam?

I am unclear why you need to pay an agent to do this.  It is all done online and sending old passport to uk when asked.

I agree ...it's so easy online ... And returned to you by courier within 10-21 days in my experiences so far ..we have done ours twice each
