Hi all, my new British passport arrived via DHL this afternoon.

Great news, easy wasn't it? You'll get another package tomorrow with your old passport.

New and old passports arrived same time but in different envelops.

Easy? I found the online  application process a tad confusing..and the online help guy, just wanted me to.cancell , to maybe pay twice..

But relieved its done, with the help of you guys.
