Cost of labour and building work

I'm thinking of building my own house in Bulgaria. Does anyone have any thoughts on likely combined building and labour costs (per square metre) excluding land? I just need a rough minimum (I'm sure the sky is the limit).

Hey how you doing.
I’m in about to begin with a similar project for a small cozy cottage, I believe will be successful🙏
I’ve checked with numerous companies on the cost though all in the approximates ranges are between € 150-450 per sq.m. Trusting the contractor is a major point😊
