Hello,

Does anyone know any company that can handle my customs of packages coming outside Europe in Sofia for an affordable price?

The BGPost normally handles my customs but is an absolute nightmare because no one speaks any English there.

It is always some problem with the paperwork and I never know what is it because they refuse to communicate in English so they retain my packages there.

They charge 12 levs + taxes in BGPost so I am looking for someone that charges similar prices but that can communicate in English with me because I receive normally many packages.

I would really appreciate some help here.
