Curiosity Question on power cuts

We get regular 1-10 second power cuts here in the North East and wondered if this is the same everywhere.


Apart from being irritating as it happens all times of day and night, I was curious.

It happens everywhere: we get them regularly in Sofia, ranging from a minute or two to hours on end, and that's not counting the regular scheduled outages. It's the same at our village house and our property elsewhere. The tariffs are low and the infrastructure outdated - an unfortunate combination..
