Handyman in sunny beach required

Can anyone help with a decent handyman in or near sunny beach who is reasonably priced and trusted and ideally speaks English?  I have a few small jobs around my apartment (wall needs replastering and couple of floor tiles need refixing/grouting) but have no idea where to find someone to help, especially in the limited times that I’m there. I also have no idea of the costs I’m Bulgaria for these sort of things.
