Moped/scooter
I'm in San Juan area. I don't want a car! A scooter or moped would be great. Does anyone know theLaws regarding use of these? More important... where to get one. I've done internet search and come up empty.

Probably the best way to get around in Old SJ - traffic is horrendous!
Same laws as a motorcycle. I will nor recommend for anything more than locally. Drivers are way to crazy for me to be comfortable on a bike.
