Prefabricated or Container homes in PR

Hi,

I currently have a piece of land in Ciales,PR. I’ve been looking into pre-fabricated homes and also these new container or also modular homes, so far I’m not really convinced with the modular ones. I have been to quite a few orientations for both of these types of homes if you have built one in the last couple of years and have any type of recommendations or suggestions, they are highly appreciated. Suggestions as far as companies, your experience with a certain company, what you would’ve done differently etc. So far it seems like such an uphill battle since nothing is done altogether.
