I highly recommend Nicole McFarland who works out of the Expat Services office of H&R Block. She is a Zonian who has lived in Panama for most of her life but has worked as an accountant for the past 20 years in the US. She is up-to-date on all of the new tax laws regarding Expats. She has been doing my US taxes, which are quite complicated. Her rates are reasonable and for $39 extra you can get their extra services benefit to help represent you in case you get audited or receive correspondence from the IRS. She can also do your state taxes, if you have any.
