Santa Clara neighborhood

Hi all,

I previously owned property in Wava Gorgona. We sold our apartment and are now considering purchasing a home in Santa Clara. Can anyone give feedback regarding living there? I know the beach is wonderful, but I’m just wondering if there are many full-time residences or if the houses are basically weekend, homes for people living in the city. Gracias!

Hi I don't have any input for your question but we're going to be visiting that area and Playa Blanca next month when we come to stay in Coronado. This will be our 2nd trip as we're looking to move down there upon our retirement in a couple of years and it looks nice. You mentioned Gorgona, which is another area we're looking at. Can I ask what you impression was of that area and is there something that prompted you to sale and move?
