US health insurance

robertclark55

As you probably know I'm new to

this forum. Question about health insurance. I saw where Cigna, Allianz, and several others offer expat health insurance but I have my own through the military and civil service.  Tricare and BC/BS Federal Employees Program health insurance.  These are worldwide plans but does hospitals in Panama recognize these in lieu of paying upfront and filing my claim for me or do I have to pay for services rendered out-of-pocket and file my own claims for reimbursement.
