Obtaining Humira Pen for RA in Panama

We are thinking of retiring to Panama. Big issue is the wife uses Humira Pens for RA and need to find someone that has already crossed this bridge that is currently living in Panama. How do you get the Pens?

I don't know, but I'd definitely have a consultation with a doctor here before making any decisions. If it is available, they should know where to find it so you can research the price. I have also heard about people getting medications shipped from the US.
