Luz y Fuerza was hosting a vaccine event during October/November - COVID boosters, flu shots, and tetanus. It ended in mid-November.

I just read some are available in Santo Domingo but I have not confirmed this!

I have no idea - I just know the Luz y Fuerza event ended. You could check at the hospital.
