Shipping FROM Dominican Republic TO NY

Hello,

I am looking for help to move contents from a home in Santiago, Dominican Republic to NY/NJ area. All the information I have found has been to ship TO the Dominican Republic. I am mostly moving large paintings/pictures that are too big for a regular suitcase and personal items that are too fragile to put in a suitcase.
Any leads will be appreciated.

Every time I’ve asked I’m told that it would be cheaper to buy things new.

Agreed however some things can't be replaced that have personal or emotional value..
