looking for new casa

I am currently living with my wife and step kids in a 10,000 dop a month house in Gregorio Luperon. I would like to find a 3 bedroom apartment or house around the area for about the same price or a tad bit more. The house im in is 3 bedroom but has some issues (outlet issues) the owner does not want to fix and were there before the wife moved in

Welcome to the forum. Your best bet if you want to stay in that area is to just walk/drive around the area and see what is available.
If your wife is Dominican and she has family in the area they may be able to help as well.
