I put down Puerta Plata or Sousua

just put a hotel that the name is already in the app

Once you select Puerto Plata as the province then you should have other options.

Sometimes what appears is dependent on the browser you are using. Many many govt apps here work better using Explorer rather than others!  The govt doesn't pay their IT professionals very well so they don't have the best talent! 

My advice - just select whatever appears in the drop downs after choosing the correct province.

Sosua did not work for me

Thanks for the suggestion although nothing appeared in the Options drop down menu when I clicked on it, but then again I was also saying that I was staying in our own house. I tried Sosua Ocean Village, Casa Linda, Seahorse Ranch and none of those worked.

Thanks Planner. I may have to try another browser since nothing appears ion the drop down menu, in fact there is no drop down menu for either Municipality or section, when using Brave as my browser.
