Good morning! Buenos Dias!

This is my first post on this platform, and I'm hoping this reaches the intended audience. I'm an American from the Northeastern part of the US. I've been staying in the DR for 6 months of the year and returning to the US for the other half of the year. I'm excited about having purchased some property east of Cabarete, and my goal is to start having conversations with people interested in my project.

At this point, I'm planting trees and investigating a system for hydrating everything. I'm hoping to connect with other people who appreciate nature and simple life near the beach. If friendship develops, we could discuss ideas for developing something there.

Well I'm in Santiago but get over to the Puerta Plata area about once a month. I moved here permanently last month from Colorado.

Love Colorado.. I'll be heading there to visit my niece in September. Santiago seems like a cool place...I usually fly in and out of the country from Santiago.
