Good evening all.

I did a quick search on the forum and did not find an answer; hence, my question.

Would VA disability payments count as pension for DR Pensionado residency? I ask as these are monthly payments that are over $1,500/month and they will continue for the rest of my life. FYI, I will be receiving an actual pension January 2025 so if VA disability payments do not count, I have another pension source.

I am pretty sure it is...it's a US government monthly guarantee payment.

VA Disability is considered a pension. I am a veteran and have also applied for retired residence us my Disability.
