My husband and I are Canadians hoping to be able to retire in the DR. We want to begin the process towards eventual permanant residency or citizenship. I am curious to know from someone who has actually taken the test and/or gone through the interview process.

I heard it was easy and that they take it easier on applicants married to Dominicans than those who are not. When I finish the process, I will definitely share.
